Vassar Miscellany (literary publication)

The Vassar Miscellany, the college's student-run literary magazine, ran from 1872 - 1924. It began as a quarterly publication; within five years, the Miscellany adhered to a monthly publication schedule and became known as the Miscellany Monthly. In 1914, the Miscellany News was born a journalistic supplement to the monthly publication; the titles were published simultaneously until 1917, when the News divorced itself from the Monthly.
